Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original PERSONSOUL box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original garment tags are intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request approval.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
